AUDIO BASICS INC. EXPANDS INTO THE CANADIAN AUDIO DEALER MARKET WITH
THE LAUNCH OF CRYSTAL CABLE CANADA.

Toronto, Ontario, June 13, 2007 — Crystal Cable BV in The Netherlands has awarded
Audio Basics Inc. exclusive distribution rights in Canada to represent Crystal’s unique and ultra sleek line of high-end video and audio cable and accessories.

Qualifying high-end audio dealers throughout Canada can now be recognized as part of a global distribution network for Crystal Cable’s product lines which have been awarded internationally for their exceptional performance and aesthetic appeal, complementing the finest in audio and video investment for the most discerning stereophile and home entertainment enthusiast.

The representation of the cable line in Canada began with Audio Basics Inc. in 2006 and has only just begun to take shape in this growing niche market – Canada being the most recent of countries to represent the Crystal Cable brand, worldwide.

Audio Basics Inc. President and CEO, Mr. Benjamin Scarcelli, states:

“We’re very excited to formally introduce the Crystal Cable brand to Canada.
With the growing investment trend in music software and the art of home entertainment, these unique cables have proved to exceed the expectations of the most passionate of music lovers all over the world.

“By qualifying the bona fide audio dealer to sell the Crystal Cable line in stores formalizes the distribution of such an exclusive component of the total home entertainment experience. Most importantly, it brings to the end consumer the purest of quality sound and video, not to mention the aesthetic and the versatility that Crystal Cable offers in its product lines”.

What makes the cables unique, in part, lies within their construction, states
Ms. Gabi van der Kley, President and CEO of Crystal Cable BV:

“All the cables are made using an annealed gold/silver alloy as the central core conductor, helically wrapped in a dual layer of ultra-thin Kapton foil as a shield, and to give tremendous structural integrity. The braided silver mesh shield/negative conductor is next follow by the clear Teflon outer covering. Annealing (as opposed to melting) keeps the molecular integrity of both materials in tact.

“The result is a higher performance cable. No noise...no distortion…just pure sound”.

The demonstration of excellent noise rejection is only complemented by the cables’ impressive form: ultra thin, ultra flexible, and amazingly aesthetic (right down to the consumer packaging) and makes them suitable for any decorum or interior.

Audio Basics’ associated dealer network will offer Crystal’s complete product range for both video and high-end audio applications including interconnect cable, speaker cable, multi-channel cable, digital cable, HDMI cable, component cable and power cable. Visit www.crystalcable.ca for details.
